Vaio Care tells me I have one Microsoft update to process! But I don't

Vaio Care when I run it tells me I have one Microsoft oupdate to run, when I suggest it fixes it, it fails, having check through the Microsoft Update there is nothing to be updated?

It seems to be stopping some other updates running!  Any ideas?

I am running Windows 7 on a Vaio VPCCW2Z1E

Vaio Care is a bit of a dark art!
