VAIO CPU fan diagnositc - how to start?

I have recently bought a VAIO VPCSE1C5E.

In control panel under uninstall programs there are a program called "VAIO CPU fan diagnostic" but I can´t find where it is installed. How do I start that application?

how do you open that mui file?

You must \Program Files (x86)\Sony\VAIO System Diagnostic\CPU Fan Diagnostic\FDU.exe in search and all is ok !!!

i have found the tool but after running it it didnt gave any result
