VAIOShell has stopped working

Hi there, When I launch the VAIO Care, a msg will be shown stating "VAIOShell has stopped working". What should I do next? I can not even debug the case, bcz there is no debug info being embedded!

This problem was first reported some months ago and Sony are aware.
