video not working

Good day,

I have a model SVF1521KCXB sony vaio laptop. My built in camera Apps the camera can take photos and it can be viewed in camera roll but when I Click the video button on the screen it can't record videos. on the screen its appeared " the file can't be save"..

I already update the camera driver itself and also my windows 8.1 still not working 

can you help me this matter.

Hi @jeoper,

It sounds like there may be an issue with the App settings. The location where the videos should be saved might not exist, and so you may have to set up the destination folder in the App settings.
