Suddenly the ambient sound function isn't working. There is no difference between Ambient Sound Control on or off, even when turned up to 10 on the app. Is there a quick fix for this or is it likely to be a fault? They're less than a month old but I know Currys will not replace them without sending them away. Would it be quicker to take them to a Sony repair centre?
