Have been using my S760 happily for 2 years.

Just bought the latest Muse BluRay disc (format BD-50) and it won't load or play.

It gets stuck at 0:00:00 with my player unable to do anything. I can't even turn it off or eject the disc. The only thing I can do is physically unplug the power then plug it back and eject disc before it starts trying to play.

Checked Sony website for info and it refers me to firmware, the latest version being Feb 2011 - my device appears to have firmware from April 2011, and when I request it to perform a network upgrade it says it's already complete, therefore, I'm assuming my device is as up to date as it can be.

The new BD disc plays fine in my PS3.

Any thoughts?
