I have loved my soundbar for the last 3 years of 5.1 superb sound . Yesterday i switched it on and was greeted with the  ' Hello ' light on the front ...There is nothing on the TV , no response from the remote & I have tried every button combernation to try & reset it ......Nothing works ..I have just phoned the Sony service centre and they want £25 to diagnose it , then a charge to fix it . 

I am sure it cant be that involved to reset it ....

Any advise please ...
