Hi. I am facing a strange and frustrating issue with my 6 months old Sony WH-1000XM4.

When I play music on BT, the music pauses every 20 secs and I need to play it again to listen. And this works only once, then I am forced to disconnect and connect to BT to continue listening to music.

Listening to a 3 min song feels forever with this never-ending pause/play. Tried to reset my Bluetooth settings on my phone, no software update on Headphones app. Tried with multiple audio platforms, issue exists in all of them except videos.

Has anyone experienced this issue and have this addressed? Please let me know, it will be really helpful.
