Accelerometer stops working

The accelerometer of my x performance stops after some days so auto-rotate and other stuff does not work anymore until I reboot...

Ok. Thanks for the info.  Then I use lifelog with Smartband that have also its own accelerometer. As lifelog has in this case two sources for the pedometer (step qty is bit different when counted with smart band or phone), I'm wondering if the double information source may somehow cause the bug.

I'm sure it is a software issue.

I bought my phone around mid July. In the mean time I've used the phone extensively for a family visit and a trip to US west coast. I took more than 1000 photo's and there were no issues at all.

The first time I noticed the problem was on Sept 5th. So I've been using the phone without problem for about 1.5 month.

I know I've had a software system update, but I don't remember if this was before or after Sept 5th.

Stopped - AR, LifeLong Reboot - 1-2 hour and Again the same problem.. Gyroscope and automatic brightness not working..

I found the solution!!!!!!

All com after latest update 14 oct. with What's New update. Disable this junk software.

To disable a pre-installed application

1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots), then tap Show system.
4. Select the application that you want to disable.
5. Tap Disable.

Note! Some pre-installed applications can't be disabled.

remember to disable data conect for all software you disable

Me too, can't disable, but was able to rollback this update to 3.5.A.1.0 , going to monitor

My Whatsnew was already disabled and I have the issue, however I noticed the button "terminate" the application was active, so I have pushed it ...however after rebooting the button (terinate) is still active.. so I think this is not the solution...
