Accelerometer stops working

The accelerometer of my x performance stops after some days so auto-rotate and other stuff does not work anymore until I reboot...

No i don't have a carrier phone, and the question not about carriers but there are a lots of COUNTRIES that didn't receive the patch update till now!!!!
And is it logical that xperia X performance has only 9 variations (CDA) and the all others are with carriers!!!!!!!!!!!.
No i bet that sony has something wrong with this patch but as usually and expected no word from them for month or two!!!!
Please sony there are millions of sony users waiting for this patch, either release the patch as soon as possible or update us of what happens.

Well this looks like the most active thread on this support(if you can call it that) network that there is,
I'm getting the same problems and they keep telling me to wait for software updates and all other manner of excuses.
Personally I want to ram this phone and go back to my old LG Nexus.
Sony who Think they're great quality God's of technology and at the forefront of everything electrofied, well think again, YOUR NOT!!!! I'm well pissed off with shelling out cash for a product that just doesn't cut it in today's market place. Hope we get it sorted soon or this piece of crap flagship is going back with twice as much attitude as this or I can bring myself to converse. Watch out sony. DON'T BUY THE EXPRIA XP

I assume you don't need to have confirmed "what's new" for this patch to take place but there is no way I'm letting that software roam on my phone.

And then restart ur phone it will work after that

Still same issue no update yet, will try to return the phone where I bought it tomorrow. I bought a Premium phone and expected no issue, not having a issue like this after 1 month of use and Sony not solving the issue ASAP!

The update is still rolling out but software updates are released at different times depending on the operator, market, region or country. Therefore, we cannot give you an exact date for when a specific update will be available for your device. In addition, network operators and specific markets may choose not to avail the updates for specific models.

One thing to check is so that the internal memory is not full in the phone. If your device has less than 500 MB of free internal memory (device memory) available, you do not receive any information about new software. The following notification appears in the notification bar to warn of the lack of storage space: Storage space running out. Some system functions may not work. If you receive this notification, you must free up internal memory (device memory) before you can get notifications about new software being available.

Hi guys - I have the same problem on my NEW (2 weeks old) XperiaX F8131 - screen rotation works ONCE after reboot and then stops working at all - very annoying !!

I notice that your post about new software coming out to fix this problem is about a month old - how far away is the new software ??

(FYI - I have done a complete backup, and then a rebuild / repair of the phone software using the Xperia Software Tool on my PC - no success !! Great phone - just an annoying glitch)
