Dear Sirs,
I activate the do not distrub mode, after the time is out, it switches the mode to disabled as I observe from the screen. BUT it is not!! and I can not "really" switch it out of this mode unless I restart the phone.
I own an Xperia X, F5121 with Android 7.0
Regards,
Eyüp
Hello everyone!
@edokkir, I'm happy to hear that! :smileysmileythumbsup:
@Bharatmata, Is there any difference while the phone is rebooted in safe mode that @uliwooly recommended?
Make sure that the app isn't blocked from sending notifications to your phone. You can check that in Settings > Notifications > tap the little arrow next to "All apps" and choose "Blocked" in the drop down menu. Are any apps listed here? If they are, tap on them and disable "Block all".
Let us know how it went!
Hi again!
Was it working correctly when the phone was rebooted in safe mode, and then you rebooted your phone back to normal mode and you are experiencing the same behaviour now, or did you only reboot the phone? If you haven't tried safe mode yet please do that.
If it was working fine in safe mode, a third party application is the cause of this.
First of all, make sure that all your apps are updated, if they are already are or if there is no change when you have updated them start uninstalling one at the time, starting with the latest installed ones.
Keep me updated!

Hi @Chi93,
I'm sorry to hear that.
Could you please test the ear speaker in the inbuilt Diagnostics test in your phone, and see if you are able to hear the tone being played in here? You will find the test if you go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Ear speaker.
Are you able to hear the sound being played here? If you aren't I would recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage in your phone so I recommend performing a backup using Xperia Companion prior to starting with the repair.
Keep us updated!
