Cannot read sd card

My xperia x cannot read my sd card. Also the fingerprint is'nt working.. What should I do?

test a different SD card and clean the fingerprint reader.

Hi, thanks for the reply... I did that already and bought a new sd card and still the phone can not read it. And also clean the fingerprint reader but does'nt work. I reset factory settings this phone and still does'nt working...
