Hi @KoutsiD,
When you are using the phone for example browsing web sites, checking social media and so forth the battery will be consumed at a faster rate compared to if your device is laying still on a table with the screen turned off, even if you are connected to a Wi-Fi network / mobile data.
When the phone is not being used Doze on the go, which is the inbuilt battery saving feature will be turned on so, so the phone will consume even less battery.
Let me know if that answers your question!

But when i use the phone offline (gaming, reading) battery doesnt go down easily, but when online it consumes way more. Idle is just fine even online.
Games (even with internet), at all all things (facebook, browser and ect) with internet "eating" very fast your battery life. Game offline too. Gps, bluetooth, watching video and ect.

A little bit correction from own practic. Battery draining fast in standby mode too when is wifi/gprs (or any others type of connection internet) turned on Just much less neither standby is turning on
Even if apps like Kaspersky blocking Stamina mode (i don't have Marshmallow yet, so about Doze i don't know yet)
I leaving smartphone at night with around 80% and after 6 - 10 hours i finding around 55 - 65 %, gprs is always turned on, at night too. Also as i siad Kaspersky blocking Stamina, so in standby draining battery too with gprs or any other connection type
Hi again!
As @Unregistered user mentioned, when you are, for example using mobile data and Wi-Fi actively, with sending information back and forth, the phone will consume more battery compared to if both are just idle and not being used at all.
This goes for location services as well, some websites may ask if you want to share your location so they can show better search results and so forth and then location services will be turned on (if they aren't already on) and data will be sent and received and more battery will be consumed.
Just to make sure that there is nothing wrong, I'd recommend rebooting your phone in safe mode and using for example the Chrome web browser to browse the web and see if there is any change in how much battery is consumed, do note that third party applications that you have installed will not be loaded in safe mode, so you won't be able to use most social media applications.
Let us know how it goes!
