How do I know when the Battery Care kicks in?

Hello,

I want to know when the Battery Care kicks in. When I started using my X Compact with Battery Care on, I eventually noticed a notification after several days saying that the Battery Care is now activated, but unfortunately I clicked away and didn't notice what the notification was saying. As I remember I didn't tick the "Don't show again" option, but I've never seen this notification appearing again. I charge my phone quite regurarly, I suppose. So how do I know when Battery Care is activated? Also, is there any possibility to recalibrate it or something? I'd be thankful for help!

At the beginning I was quite lost the same way you are @Godecki but after about two months of usage I noticed that the notification will show up on screen once the device will finally understand the patterns and the hours that you put your phone to charge. 

If you put your phone to charge randomly during the day the system won't activate the Battery Care but if you put your phone to charge in specific times of the day then the system will kick in and work properly. 

In my case: I put the phone in charge regularly at between 11pm/12am - during the week the battery care will finish charging at 8am, during weekends it will finish at 1pm.

Thanks for the reply! I would like to ask you one more question, does a notification show up every time the Battery Care activates? Or is it more like the notification show up once the Battery Care sets itself up?

@Godecki you will see a notification in the lockscreen and an icon on the top left, a battery with a moon. Swiping down the notification area a message will tell you when the battery care will end to charge your battery.

Thank you very much! Just one more question - Battery Care works only when the battery is charged from 90%, am I right?

@Godecki that is absolute correct but I suspect that the general speed of charge is slowed down.
