Hello,

after above mentioned update my battery life decreased for about 80 %. And it says that most of the battery is used for Android system. Before that (first update on Nougat) I was able to get two days without charging, now it is on 15 % by 8 pm after night charge. Anyone having similar experience?

If that was an issue related to the update it will affect everyone not just few. What's that notification icon you have on top left?

Hi @Mirkwood,

I suggest you to perform a software repair by Xperia Companion.

For sure your issue is due to an incorrect software update or incorrect libraries that affect the battery management and Doze, avoid it to go in deep sleep.

The software repair will fix the issue allowing the software to manages correctly the battery life. Important, during the first boot of the device after software repair's process, set the device as "new device" when requested.
