LTE problem with At&t post pay plan

LTE problem with At&t post pay plan

F8132, LTE+ works well with ATT prepay number. However don't work with post pay plan. I can only use H+ after the switch. Does anybody encounter the same problem?

Hi @tfguo,

AT&T may need to add your phones IMEI to the LTE plan in their systems. Have you contacted them yet about this?

What @CameronT said is correct, AT&T need the IMEI number of your device and for them to enable LTE.

Thanks for your response. Somehow IMEI doesn't work. I went to the store multiple times and tried different ways. Finally they updated IMEI with a iPhone sample in the store and that works.
It looks like att network cannot recognize Sony models well.
