Problem with internal speaker

When a sound comes out of the phone, the internal earpiece also emits a sound that saturates from its to its small sound quality.
 
I do not know why the sound comes out of the internal earpiece and the speaker at the same time.

are you saying that while playing music through the loud speaker you hear noise or other sounds?
