User's picture keeps disappearing on Sony Xperia X Performance

Hi,

I have a minor issue on the User's picture, which keeps disappearing after some time.

If you go to Settings/Users/You ...you have the chance to insert a small picture, which will be displayed on the top right corner when swiping down the Home page.

So, I can insert a picture which will however disappear after a while.

I am wondering whether somebody got the same issue.

Is there any solution?

It is a minor issue but along with the accelerometer/gyroscope issue, I am going to worry about...

I was having a similar issue on my Z5C because I was not syncing my google account.

I was flashing my phone, and skipping all the first start prompts, then just changing my user details without having a SIM card or Google account signed in.

When I did sign in for the first time, I'd lose my User Picture

Same issue here. User picture disappears after reboot.

Google Sync is on, no third-party memory managers or smth.

F8132, Build 35.0.A.297

UPD: Got a solution fron different forum.

You need to assign photo through Contacts, to the contact named Myself.

Perhaps it was an app that was syncing the contacts with that one in iCloud (Apple). The appke is gone, the problem is gone.
