White balance settings vs oversaturated colors.

I think you all agree that the screen colors are oversaturated. I tried to adjust the white balance but I couldn't find the right combination for a natural looking colors.
I really hope that a future firmware update will implement an sRGB mode.
Until then, have you found a satisfying combination in white balance settings that pleases you?

PS

Right now I'm using a fusion between WB settings, that are amplifying green and blue, and Twilight app to restore some red. This is to reduce the red saturation but keeping a sane white.

The oversaturated colors is typical of Triluminos displays but can be attenuated by going to Settings, Display, Image Enhancements and by disabling then.. Better?

Anyway if you think that triluminos displays are oversaturated you will totally hate oled ones. Slightly_smiling_Face

I do not agree with you here.

Image Enhancements works only on media content and does not have an effect on the rest of what is displaying on the screen.

And in regards of AMOLED screens, take a look of Samsung S7 basic screen mode. It is the most color accurate display that I saw on an AMOLED screen so far.

@grininja you are absolutely correct, I thought you were talking about videos and pictures not the entire system, I apologize for the confusion.

I don't agree with you about amoled being really accurate as I have the everyday opportunity to see samsung display and I can tell you that the only displays that are nature like in color reproduction are IPS ones.

About sRGB I am sure this option it's not yet available. Hopefully in the future we will be able to use such profile.
