Vibration very loud.

My Sony Xperia X has a single flaw which makes it quite annoying sometimes.

The vibration motor appears to sound loose inside the phone and every time it is used it creates a horrific sound. The motor itself works perfectly however it sounds like it has become loose inside the device, i am still under Sony Warranty so any repairs should be free?

Is this something that has started to occur lately or has it been like this since you received the phone?

I'm afraid that there isn't much to troubleshoot in your case since this really do sound like it's related to hardware and your phone will need to be examined at an authorized service centre.

Your Local support team will gladly arrange a repair for you and answer any questions that you have may have such as local service routines, warranty and so forth, so I'd recommend that you get in touch with them!
