As @Quester mentioned, it would be easier for me and Quester to assist you if you could specify what you are experiencing in a bit more detail. 

Does the video stutter, or not start at all? Is the Audio offset or delayed, and if so, is it while using a headset or the speakers? Which apps does this concern, is it while streaming video online for example while on Youtube or Facebook, or is it the native video app?
