X Compact bluetooth and wifi issue

Just got an X Compact and can't seem to hook up to bluetooth in my car. My car is not even recognizing the phone at all. So much for using my GPS navigation or playing audio files from my phone.  Is there a fix for this?

Also, I can connect with unsecured public wifi, but can't seem to connect with my regular personal secure wifi. It says authenticating the obtaining IP address, but does nothing after that.  Any idea as to what's going on?  Thanks.

I have the same trouble with my x compact and nougat!!! I change from iPhone to Sony and I'm not happy! 

Is there an issue?

Got a software update yesterday, but still not able to connect to bluetooth or my secure wifi.

Also sent a message to customer service a couple days ago and have not heard anything back.  Lame.

Maybe I'll just sell this phone and go back to Samsung.

Hello, with the safe mode it works but you lose ok Google and widget!, so it is not my car but the phone! I can't understand that they cannot manage to solve the trouble! 

I will send back the phone within a week it is in always the same! 

Message to people of Sony : make it better!!!
