When sending premium messages or messages to short numbers. It gives me an error. I consulted with my telephone provider and can not find the option to activate them.

What error do you get?
Are you using the stock Sony messaging app or another 3rd party app?
You should not add a start (*) before numbers you send via messaging. But some network operators allow that via USSD codes. It means that you DIAL the number in your Phone app not use it as a recipient in SMS.
So call back your network provider and make sure:
- If it's a messaging number, then send SMS to 555 via Messaging app
- If it's a USSD code, then dial *555 via Phone app
I do not add a start (*) before numbers - The start (*) is shown in the error messsage but I send without this - I send mesage to numbre 555.
