The last update released affects the performance of the GPS (eliminated the 3 options of saving battery, high pressure, only device) the gps is slow to locate the place more than normal and before that did not happen

You need to make sure that Google play store and google play services arent battery or data restricted. As well, make sure that Google location accuracy is switch on. This combination fixed it for me - now get gps location in 2 seconds instead of never.
