Hi @Venky_MHA, let me see if I can help out here! 

Have you tried clearing data for the application? This will reset all settings for the app in question which might do the trick. To do this, find and tap Settings > Apps and Notifications > App info> find and tap the app that is malfunctioning > Storage > Clear data > Tap "OK" > Restart the phone.

This pop-up comes very frequently. what do you think I should do? Why don't you send me a patch or update to resolve this issue automatically?

how will I know which app is not working properly. It freezes the page and does not allow me to go further

Hi again @Venky_MHA,

The easiest thing to do in order to detect if it is a downloaded app that is causing the error message is to reboot your phone in safe mode. This will deactivate the apps downloaded from Play Store temporarily and by doing this you can see whether the error message is caused by the system or by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.

If the error message still pops up in safe mode, I would suggest that you try to repair the software on the phone using Xperia Companion and a computer. Do note though that the software repair will also erase all user data, so it is advised to do a backup before the repair to avoid data loss.
