I am afraid that it might be hard to retrieve the deleted photos due to the fact that there is no "recycle bin" that they end up in when they are deleted from the internal storage. The only way to retrieve the photos is if they have been backed up to Xperia Companion or to Google photos
If you have made a backup of your phone to Xperia companion, you can use the restore function in order to restore the photos on your phone. You can also check if the photos have been automatically backed up to Google photos by simply logging in using your Google credentials.
