Broken screen AGAIN!!!!

Posted as ALC in October complaining of shattered screen after one week without dropping or any known knock. Vodafone didn't want to know but sent to Sony who replaced screen free of charge. Had repaired phone since start November, then tonight again screen cracked and again without ANY impact. One minute fine next cracked screen and phone non-responsive. Can go through same again and try get replacement but lost faith in phone now and am going to try to force through a contract cancellation. Seems defective product and would definitely not recommend. Apologies for disjointed posts but had password issues..

Had the z3 compact for 1 week. The screen has shattered despite being in a protective cover without dropping or any other impact . Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks. I've tried the service provider but they weren't interested. Just emailed the customer service per your link and will see what comes of it.

contact Xperia care or get the brand new z3 screen

If you are in the UK then you can't cancel a phone contract based on the phone - This is in the terms and conditions however what you can say is the phone is or try and say the device is inherently faulty and push for a pro-rata refund or a reduced cancellation fee
