Hi lehda,

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Can you advise if you have tried testing another SIM in the handset? Or can you advise what you have tried so far to resolve this issue?

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yes, I already tried another sim, but it cannot detect also. I already bring it to a local shop to check and they said that the phone has its lost IMEI number.

Have you tried reloading the software on the handset? In not please use the instructions below to perform this task.

PC Companion

To repair the phone software

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

Let me know how it goes.

Problem:

There is no software available for your phone.

Details:

Sony Update Engine doesn't have software available for your phone.

That was the result when I tried to repair the phone software.

That does sound strange. Can you please supply the IMEI number of the handset via Private Message please.

Menu > Settings > About Phone > Status > IMEI

or

Menu > Phone > Type *#06# and supply the IMEI number there.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

IMEI is unknown

Pull the back cover off the handset, the IMEI is on the white sticker. It starts with a 3 and is 15 digits long. Please Private Message this info.
