Headphone jack is not working.

Do you mean that you cannot hear anything if you connect your headphone/headset? Have you tried with different accessories to exclude problems related to your current headphones?

They work with other earphones. My Dre Beats, the ones that don't work with my phone, don't click when you put them in, it seems that the only is to big

I know I'm not quite a fixer here, I also not sure if it's firmware or hardware problems but,

Usually certain phones only want to work with their same-branded headsets,
such as Xpearia phones with the default Xperia headsets.
If you see it closely on the markers (pastic-like bands around the jack, could be white, black, red, any color)

they have the different sizes in height, length that's sometimes matches with the device we are plugging in,

and thats when the headsets working.

Or maybe you coulde use a converter to connect to the phone or an extender that's matches with the phone.

Speaking of sound quality, the given Xperia headsets isn't that bad compare to Beats, I can still say Xperia Headsets a killer

When I put in my Dre Beats it's like that the phone doesn't recognise them and just plays through the speakers.
