Thanks...

I am explaining my situation now.

I have 150 messages from a same sender and its viewing as thread. Now some of 50 messages are important for me and i need to delete the other 100 messages. If i tap each and every conversation (100), it will take more then half an hour....

I am asking that,  Is it possible to select conversations and delete?

You can delete a conversation but if you want to delete several messages from a conversation, you can only mark which ones you want to delete.

Because it is available after you tap longer on a conversation or message. Don't understand exactly what you don't like about that.

When i tap longer on a meassage, It shows,

1. Copy message text

2. Forward message

3. Copy message to sim card

4. Delete message

There is no marking options found.???

When i go for lower right corner options, It shows

So you are running JB? In this case, what if you select delete conversations? Don't you get the marking circles? I do not have any Xperia with lower than KK to check here.
