My xperia z2 heating camera

Hi. Z2 changed my phone camera. Now she after ~ 10 minutes. heating up and off camera. Photo is also of poor quality. The Centre is bent at a lot of other less. Compared to the Z1 photos of the visible and the Z1 camera does not heat. What to do?
The guarantee does not do anything and say that's okay.

@diecast

I understand your frustration on your particular issue

http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-Z2/touch-screen-oversensitivity-problem/m-p/994096

but this is regarding heat, the material that the Z family phones are made, make them feel that they get hotter than other phones that use plastic instead of glass. with that said, recording on 4K it's a quite demanding feature.

Thank you so much uliwooly. I understood that it's normal, and do all Z family phones get hot like Z2 , I mean Z - Z1 -Z3 - Z3 dual . Do they get hot so fast like Z2? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions for this thing .

Now I understood it's normal , but in fact it's annoying.

Thanks again.

My Z3 warms up if I use the camera for long time, use AR applications, record 4k, play games with heavy graphics, watch an HD movie, etc. Resorces will always emit heat, just as your PC or laptop, that's why they have cooling fans.

Also if you live in a hot weather country your phone will be more sensitive and will get hot faster.

Thank you Quester. You've said - My Z3 warms up if I use the camera for long time - using the phone for a long time cause the heat. That is normal, but do you feel that your phone gets hot after just 2 or 3 minutes of using the camera in an ordinary shooting. That is the thing which I want to know.

And thank you again.

Normal shooting with flash or in sunny environment will cause my phone to heat, I can't say it's totally normal but I can live with it. It only happened once that my camera shut down from excessive heat and that was in a very hot and sunny day (45 degrees celsius).

I'm living with it but it makes me feel annoyed . I hope that SONY could find a solution for this in the near future.

Thanks.
