problems sony z2 after repair charge problem

Hello,

I'm from holland.

My sony xp z2 had problems with charging. It didn't charge.

I went to repair it to the shop. the shop can't repair the sony on it's one, so it is sent to sony.

the phone returned and the say the battery en chargingpoint has been replaced.

But when i connect it to the charge it didn't charge. Back to the repairshop.

It's now the third time in 1,5 months. My daughter is going crazy about her phone. A long time....

I a few days i'll have it back again, i heard..

Now they say that some types of z2 have this problem after repair. To charge it correct you need a charger off 1,5- 2amp.

Sony can't find the real solution they told me. something with motherboard could couse this problem. They say it is not a construction failure so a new one is not the option.

I'm confused.

Question to you all:  Has anyone experienced this problem once before? How this is resolved?

There should not be any general issues with this phone, and if the repair center are not able to repair it they should replace it for you. I recommend that you contact your Local support in order to sort things out.
