screen problem with my xperia z

Hello, I hope you can help me (excuse me for my English but I'm French ^^)

I have a problem with my xperia z (6603) with the latest update, one day my screen is small little has become increasingly darker, until there is nothing left to display it. The phone works but nothing is displayed! I tried everything, update, réinitialisassions proceed with the buttons (power + volum up) etc etc. But it's still not working. All works fine on it, it is recognized by my pc, vibration, beeps, it recharges well, the LED does not blink strangely, everything is perfect except that nothing appears on the screen ...

Have suggestions?

Thank you for your help.

But I have already tried this solution but it did not change anything, unfortunately.
PCC said that the restoration is complete, but each time the phone restarts well but the screen stays black.
