Xperia m2 - sd card problem

Hi there, since last week my sd card behaviour is strange. It keeps being eliminated and after a restart or after I plug it back in, it work again. It is a Sandisk 16gb class10 card. What it's happening with it? Since last week it worked just fine. I deleted everything from my card and did a factory reset to the phone, for a day everything was ok, today started again. If there is someone who can help me, please do:(. Thank you!

There is an app Thommo used to recommend to check for fake cards.

That's all? I mean this card wasn't like that from the beginning. Other suggestions?

Can you try to reformat it? Maybe with a low level format tool?

hi there mine also says sd card damaged. iv tried many memory cards 2gb ones and still it doesnt work. it works on a one off.
