z2 unresponsive touch screen

good day I have a Z2 got in to a pool take some pictures been doing this several times only this time problem occures next morning my screen is already unresponsive tried rebooting it with the red button under the flaps and power button together with volume button still screen is not working phone is on but unusable because the touch screen is unrespnsive please could I ask any solutions maybe? am just really worried thank u
