z3 Camera quick shot button not working

Hi. I´m trying to use quick shot button with my Z3. Bought 2 days ago. I can feel to different "clicks" and on the first click it focusec pic but with the second it does nothing. It doesn´t open camera software when it is turned of. I have quick laund enabled so that ain´t the problem. Starting to feel that have to go to repair shop with this

You can boot on safe mode

and check if it works or not, if it does then its an app acting up

There is 2 step press. It presses slightly then it focuses and press it even more an it will click the picture. I had same confusion which my friend solved after 3 months 😊😊😇😈😇😇😕😑😅☺😯😧😰
