Cant enable volte feature

Basically phone supports volte, now I am in India here all networks with volte feature, don't why my Sony Xperia xz premium mobile volte provisioned flag is disabled.. Please rectify this issue asap

You are correct, the Xperia XZ Premium supports VoLTE, but there are also other requirements to get this working. For example in the Nordics where I'm situated, VoLTE is only enabled on device that has the Nordic firmware, so it won't work if the device is for example, customized with a German firmware.

• your operator and subscription (incl. SIM card) must support VoLTE for the device model you're using.
• depending on operator, your phone must sometimes be operator-branded and/or use operator-customised system software.
• your phone must be in range of an LTE/4G network.

For further information about VoLTE, you will need to get in touch with the operator to make sure all requirements are met.
