When is any problem with my smartphones i always first trying to repair it, did you tried it too? Repair with Xperia Companion solving a lot of small problems
First you can try too
If still will be problem, you can bring your smartphone to authorized center to check is everything right with your smartphone (even if you have warranty don't hestitate to do that, coz center will check maybe is something broken)
Also you can chat with local Sony center in Sony Mobile website

Hi @krengchhuo, welcome to our community!
I'm sorry to hear about your phone, that must be very irritating for the counterpart.
Does this happen in every call that you make or receive or does it happen in for example, every third call?
First off, I would recommend that you try the microphone in the inbuilt test in the phone, you will in the test record yourself talking into the microphone and after that the recording will be played.
Go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Microphone. Do you hear the echo while the recording is being played?
If you don't hear the echo, go back to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Preferred network type > GSM Only and make a few calls and see if the counterpart still hear themselves.
Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the update!
Sorry to hear that there was no change.
I would recommend that you reboot your phone in safe mode and make a few calls and see if there is still an echo for the counterpart, just to make sure that this isn't caused by a third party application that you have installed in your phone.
You can also try with another SIM card in your phone, if you can borrow one from a friend, colleague or family member, just to make sure that this isn't caused by a faulty or defect SIM card.
Keep me posted!

Same problem here. Already gone service center twice. It only lasts 5-10 sec. and echo appear disappear at random times...
