Mobile data has run out
Hi, guys I dont know if anyone of you is experiencing this problem but after the android oreo update I am unable to use my mobile data I keep on getting a notification saying mobile data has run out even though I haven't exceeded the limit of my mobile data. I have also tried turning off the data usage warning but that did not help :'( . Is there a fix for this even ?

could you post a screenshot of the message?
Is this a pop up or is it in a form of text/SMS/MMS ?

Hello all,
Yesterday I also recieved the same notification at the notification bar, that my "Mobile data has run out", even thougth I have not reach my mobile data limit yet. When I click on the notification it rederect me to my mobile operatior web page to show me the mobile data consumption, which I have not reach and the notification still did not disappeared after I clicked it. Also some of my applicaitons didn`t wanted to start up, saying the I cannot log on. I restarted the phone and the problem has gone, but who knows will this happen again and it will be really frustrated if I have to restart my phone every time.
My phone is also with the new Android Oreo.
Best regards,

Do you still encounter this if you remove the limit? To do that, follow the below steps:
Settings > Network & Internet > Data usage > Mobile data usage > tap the cogwheel and make sure that "Set data limit" is turned off.

Hi all,
Same goes for me. I havent exceeded my mobile data limit and yet the notification keep on popping up. I dont restart my phone though, theres an option to "download settings for internet" under mobile networks. But still after a day or less than a day, the notification pops up again. Really hope they will give a fix soon as it really is irritating. I checked my settings and yes i did not set any mobile data limit.

Hello you have probably resolved your problem but I have the exact same problem but I have the Sony Xperia XZ not premium phone and I have had this problem before which I had to go through settings to find a setting to sort it out which worked but it has happened again and I have no idea how to sort it out as if I turn my data on it says "mobile data has run out" the same as yours and I get a monthly amount of data of 3GB and I haven't even used 1GB yet. I'm not sure what update I am on e.g. Oreo as I cannot remember how to find what update I am on. I have factory reset my phone and nothing has changed which is very annoying. I would really appreciate it if you could help me in any way please. Just to let you know I have factory reset as I have said, I have restarted my phone, updated it, turned it off and held the on/off button at the same time of the volume up button until it makes 3 beeps and continuous beeps and nothing has helped. I'm sorry for the long message.
