Android 4.4.4 rollout

I did use Windows Sony PC companion but not mac bridge though, I will try it and let you know if it works thanks.

Come to think about it, no we dont have the same carrier/network provider. By any chance would it help or solve the case if I changed my carrier/network provider to the one he uses?

Hi, i would just be patient....for instance i use Vodafone as my network providor, think the 4.4.4 was out for at least 4+ weeks before i got the message saying that the update was available, always think its best to wait till your providor 'approves' the update rather than trying to download it from other means.

So, just be patient would be my advice, you could always get in touch with your providor to ask when it will be available......

Changing SIM card to another provider will not make any difference. It depends on the country/operator the phone was originally sold to.

As dandy63 says, it's probably just a matter of time until your operator approves it and then you'll receive the update.

Hi, for ya'll Z2 users I just wanna ask, my phone wants me to update my system but it won't update unless you connect it to the computer, so I connected my phone to my computer and downloaded the Bridge for MAC, so finally I am already able to open it through my computer, but when I'm about to update my phone which is connected to my computer, the update always fails, it says there is a problem with my internet connection and under it it says "reason: failed to download UE" what's a UE?

You mean use PC Companion to update which is a program installed on your Pc or are you talking about something else as your description is very vague and open to interpretation
