Daily message: Dataroaming not activated

Since update to lollipop I get everytime I power on my Z3 DUALthe message that dataroaming is not activated. SIM 1 -orange.fr- is chosen as LTE connection to APNorange. SIM 2 -o2.de- only has G3 and is not connected to an APN. SIM 1 is "roaming=on". So why do I regulary get "dataroaming is not activated"? I live in France.

May be roaming option is not activated from carrier side? If you are staying in France and don't intend to use roaming then just turn roaming off.

Thank you. I'll try. But what was strange, that on Kitkat I never had that message
