Device restarting

Is it a good idea to restart the device occasionally, even if there is no problem?

If yes, how frequent should the device be restarted?

The device should be restarted regularly,depending on how much you use it.Maybe once every 2-3 days should help you.

my Z1 Compact restarts by itself time to time.....strasnge no, i've noticed that when i'm trying to connect it to direct wifi with some other devices ( when i try to transfert my data from my old xperia with xperia transfer app)..... any one of you have the same issue?
