Turning off Amber Alert

Does anyone know how to turn off the Amber Alert on this phone? I have looked through every menu and can't find anything.

I couldn't find any of option to do so, but it might be due to a different customization, check this 

Messaging > menu > settings > look for Emergency Alerts 

if not then 

settings > more > mobile networks > cell broadcasts settings

It was under Messaging and since I don't use that as the default I, never thought about it
