No apologies required, I just need answers.
Pursuant to your recent email, you mentioned that the IP68 is certified and tested in laboratory standards. Are you implying that the certification given is only based on testing done in laboratory conditions? And are you also implying that if it's used outside of the laboratory conditions, the IP68 certification is deemed null and void? Do you think people buy a phone with IP68 certifications to use it in only "laboratory conditions"?

*Our smartphones and tablets carry a rating of IP65 and IP68 for water and dust resistance. This means that you don’t have to worry if you get caught in the rain or want to wash off dirt under a tap. Just remember that all ports and covers must be firmly closed.*
I'm not sure if the above statement found in your global website's advertisement means washing under the tap or getting caught in the rain is equivalent to your definition of laboratory conditions.
Now my phone warranty will be expiring on the 18th Dec 2016, which leaves me with less than 2 months warranty from today. Basing on your email, you do provide a 90 days after service warranty.for all services and repairs, correct me if I'm wrong. Perhaps you can elaborate on the definition of "if the device is almost out of warranty". So, when do you think is the right time when the device is almost out of warranty? If my phone's warranty period is more than the 90 days you give, then it falls within the warranty period for both after service warranty and actual phone warranty. But now my phone is left with less than 2 months warranty. Therefore, am I being shortchanged of the 90 days after service warranty?
These 2 questions wasn't address from my previous email:
1. And if there's no extension of warranty, can I test the phone myself over running water to see if water seeps in once the phone is returned?
2. And how can I be rest assured that whatever electronic parts inside that had made contact with the water seepage will still be working reliably for another 6 months or 1 year and that there's no water stained marking or oxidation as I'm not in any position to view the internals of the phone?

So not only are you saying it's ok to use underwater, but you're actively selling the phone on that basis. So on that basis, mine is not working following your previously specified usage. So i'm assuming it'll be no problem getting a replacement? Care to explain your way out of that one?
The reason noralmb copied & pasted those instructions is because tthey are for the specific model.....your video clip is for a Z1......specifications regarding IP Ratings have changed since that model
