email and screen lock

recently i configure microsoft exchange email which make my screen to be unlock with password not with pattern or swap like before.

it appear in device administrators and EMAIL and it have set password rules

is there any way to change it back to pattern or swap and keep the email working at the same time

i hope so because the password is really annyoing to me

ok guys i find a solution

first let me tell for any one who care that outlook for android support pattern screen lock so you can use it

but i did login to my office365 email and makeshortcut for my page on the my phone homescreen so i'll access it from browser ot from mail agent

and now i can use swipe screen lock again.

what if i use Outlook for Android

Add an Outlook.com account

will that diasable the lock screen password since all i need is office365
