Errors in calling

When I start a phone call with the speakerphone active the mic works fine but if I turn off the speaker phone on the same call the microphone goes to mute, therefore I have to turn on the speaker phone again to make the microphone work again. However if I start the call with the speaker phone off the mic works fine even if I turn on the speaker phone and turn it back off

Hi Errors,

This is a rather strange issue, have you performed any troubleshooting?

Can you try booting in Safemode and let me know if the device continues to give the same result, this is definately software over hardware. This should help us determine the best course of action.

Safemode

With the safemode it works fine

Ok, this would generally mean that this is related to third party software. Can you boot back in to normal mode and see if the issue continues?

I dont think so because I open it it goes fine and after that it wents the same so most probably from the system of the Android

Then I would suggest backing up the device and performing a software repair on the handset. This would help resolve any issues that may be related to the issue.

Here's how to run the repair on PC Companion:
1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps

And Bridge for Mac:
1. Launch Bridge for MAC without the handset connected.
2. On the Main Window select "Xperia > Repair Xperia Device".
3. Ensure the phone is charged and select "Ok" in the following window.
4. Select Continue on the following page.
5. Wait until the initialising step is finished the continue as below.
6 . Select your model of phone from the list that appears
7. Follow the connection steps that appear, ensuring that you are holding the relevant button down before during and after the connection phase until the update/repair begins.

Do you have "OK Google" detection from any screen enabled? This might be the problem, to disable it:

- Go to you app drawer -> Google settings -> Search & Now -> Voice -> "OK Google" detection -> Disable "From any screen"

Also if you have any voice recorders installed, try to uninstall them.

When you performed the software repair did you immediately restore the backup file or did you try testing before restoring?
