Is there a guide or a set of instructions someone can tell me on how to downgrade my 5.1.1 Z2 d6503 back to 5.0
I am having issues with my sound and have been advised to downgrade my phone.

Because as far as i know, flashing it rooting a device. Is this correct?

They might be able to downgrade your phone, rooting it is NOT the same as flashing, but flashing COULD void the warranty
