I bought my phone in 17 Oct with warranty from Sony local agent " Cell Avenue ", I noticed a factory default on the phone "pixel not working" same day at night and visited Cell AAvenue to file a claim and raise a ticket next day and this is what happened:
1 asked me to come in Nov as they still new in Jordan and tools to check on device are yet to come
2 visited them first week of Nov they asked me to come in 2 weeks
3 visited them in 2 weeks and they took my phone to check on it
4 after 5 days I called them and they ask me to call for visit
5 I went there and they approved the claim and wanted to replace the screen which I refused. I asked them my right to have a replacement and they said they dont have them now and to call them / or they call me in one more or more. They gave me a claim number or what they call a service order number 230 and that was in 26 Nov 2014
6 sine they didnt call I called after one month, they said replacement are still not there and to call them in 2 weeks.
7 I called in ffirst week of Jan and since there was a snow storm, nothing happened
8 I called them last week they said we finally got the screens and please call us on Thursday ( last Thursday)
note: actually I was surprised, they mentioned about screen and i thought we had an understanding that I dont want a screen i want a new phone.. Then I figured out that they didn't remember the case.
9 anyways, I called them today instead of Thursday and they said, yes we have the screens and u can replace ur screen.. I told the technician again that I dont want my phone open, he said why u didnt come before I told him I did many times and u were delaying me, u asked me to waiy wait and come later. I gave him the claim number and explained to him again and he said: Oh yes we still dont have the replacement.. And that we will call me later, I begged him to give me a deadline when he will call back, he said I am busy and I dont know when. I insisted for a deadline, he said he will call today. And to be honest I am sure he wont call and that I will call him tomorrow.
Sony, I need a SOLUTION today before tomorrow.. please help me.
