When connecting to my charger, my phone should go into silent mode using Smart Connect. However sometimes it goes into priority mode. Is this something that could be fixed?

Solved! Go to Solution.
Try clearing data of smart connect app:
- Go to Settings -> Apps -> Smart Connect -> Force stop, Unistall updates, Clear data.
- Go to your Play Store and update Smart Connect again.
perhaps an app it's acting up but you could set the times you want the phone to go into that mode

Thank you for your reply.
That wouldn't solve it for me though, because I want it to go to silent when I connect the charger, not at certain times. What kind of app could cause this problem? I don't have a task manager, battery app or virus scanner.

I just updated the app, this seems to be the solution. However, now I can't choose silent mode anymore through Smart Connect :smileysad:. I solved this by choosing priority mode and setting the volume at 0, I just hope it won't vibrate anyway.
By the way, the problem still occured in safe mode.
