SC24 Case for Z3

Hi, i have a SRC24 for my Z3 but the cover didn´t change the view when closed !

It seems don´t comunicate....

Someone help me ? Thanks

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I first suggest that you try downloading to download the Style Cover application from the Play Store and choose your colour. You may also want to make sure that you are connecting the devices via NFC before you put the handset in the case, if you dont do this it will not work.

I downloaded the "Style Cover Window B" and remove the cover. Then I actived NFC and mount the cover but nothing happen .

I only see a part of the big window but not the small window view.....

When you turn on NFC, are you holding the back of the handset on the NFC sign on the cover and making sure that the handset pops up with a message that it is connected?

You can try going to
Settings, apps, all, SmartConnect, clear data.
Also, disable/turn off Stamina Mode.
Then restart your phone. And check if it worked.

I have tried everything mentioned here:

Installed the app

turned of NFC

No stamina

Cleared Smart Connect data

restarted handset

placed handset on the cover

turned on NFC

.....waited.....

nothing! NO popup.

The screen turns on when cover is opened, but no change in screen when closed.

What am i doing wrong?
